Lindsay Hiestand

Lindsay is a Paralegal at the Berkshire Law Office with over five years of experience in family law. She graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2022, with a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies and earned her Paralegal Certificate from Phoenix Community College in 2025. Lindsay is proud to serve as a Director on the Maricopa County Bar Association Paralegal Division, where she is an active member of both the Paralegal Conference Committee and the Resource Committee. Outside of her legal profession, Lindsay enjoys paddle boarding, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
